DONATION TIME FOR MOONRIDGE!

IT'S NOW 'ACCEPT DONATION' TIME FOR THIS YEAR'S MOONRIDGE ONLINE AUCTION!

That's right, it's April which means you have two months to send me your blurbs describing the items/stories/art that you're donating for the auction!

PLEASE USE THE "AUCTION DONATION TEMPLATE" WHEN SENDING ME YOUR INFORMATION.

Once there, click on the green line that says, "POLL RESULTS & FAQ" and scroll down to the FAQ. Everything you need to know in order to donate - including the blurb template, and yes, feel free to copy and paste the appropriate template for your item and then replace with your specific information. You'll also find all necessary dates as well as to any "HOW TO" questions you might ask. But if anything isn't covered, please email me at: alysideburns@gmail.com and I'll get back to you ASAP!

The FAQ will also explain the type of auction we're running this year - and why. :) As soon as our Moonridge website is up and running, I'll announce that and you can begin to view the donations and animals up for adoption - so you can start saving up to get those goodies!

Thank you, and again, please pass this info on to other mailing lists, your journal, blogs, twitter and Facebook! And remember, we're multi-fandom now, so think of posting about the auction to new lists as well!

Aly, I clicked on the link to take a look, since it looks like I can donate a Sentinel podfic and a combo Due South story and podfic, and I got the damn weepy-eye goat.

I've had that happen twice, different pages, and this was one of them. What I've found is that the URL is displayed twice, the second time inside brackets. Both times I clicked on the ourside bracket version, I got the goat. So I tried the inside the brackets version, and the page came up. Both times the URL looked identical.

Anyway, I got in second time of trying and I've sent Aly my offering.

Laurie, don't know if you've seen Aly's updated note on LJ, but she's fixed the link.

Basically, though, having now checked it out, and knowing you've contributed many times, it's not a template so much as a series of examples of how to describe what's being offered. So, basically, it's the same as previous years.
