Okay, so I got tired of the computer nagging me and upgraded to Explorer 9. I hate the toolbar and I'm missing the 'page' item ie the tab that allows me to edit, copy, paste, etc. So where do I find it on the new explorer? Anyone know?

It's there, probably just hidden. Unlock the toolbar (right clicky) and then head for the round cog button (top right); one click on it, down the resulting drop down menu to 'Toolbars', then down that menu to customize. You should be able to sort it out from there. *crosses fingers*

Phew! Glad to help luv - IE9 nearly drove me nuts for the first couple of days I used it, but we've decided to play nicely together now *g* I hate changing browsers - when you instinctively go to do something and it does something else entirely... ayeeee!

Glad Snail could help, I certainly had nothing but commiseration to offer. Why is it with every browser update (and I'm accusing Firefox just as much as IE) they jack up something and make life harder? Isn't life difficult enough without our browsers going wonky, too?

*Polly cries woe* and while I'm at it, why are new keyboards so LITTLE? If I wanted a itty bitty squished-together keyboard, I'd use a laptop. Does no one care about the touch-typist anymore?

Okay, I'm done now. *hugs*

*Polly scuttles off, hanging head in shame for adding more gripes*

Polly, oh, I know. I put off changing anything until I get nagged so much I can't stand it and give in ... and then I invariably regret it. Now my security program isn't working and I don't know why.

I wish computers would work like cars or tv. Turn them on and use them without a whole lot of grief!

have you tried Firefox? I can't tolerate IE. Too glitchy no matter which version I try to use. Firefox isn't perfect, but it's an improvement, imo *hugs*
