Garett's Webseries: Looking for LA Filming Locations

I've just been advised that Deb Warner is looking for shooting locations:

Subject: Web Series Inquiry

I'm not sure of any fans that are in LA, but in the event there are some, we're looking for locations for the web series. Specifically, a house, a restaurant or bar and a bookstore. If there are any fans in LA county that have access to such places and are willing to let us shoot there, have them give me a shout at deborahlwarner@gmail.com. We're using a camera that doesn't require many lights, so our crew footprint is small and we will leave the places as we found them. We need at least 8 hours.

ETA: Deb tells me that they have the locations they need to proceed with shooting. Progress on the webseries has been delayed because of her health challenges, but she has recently received the good news that she is clear of cancer. So, we hope this means we can look forward to seeing the webseries materialize this year.

I might be interested, but I suspect there's no compensation involved, and I don't think I can persuade my husband to turn the house over to strangers otherwise.But if you'd like to send this along to Deb, that's fine. I live in Eagle Rock. She can reach me at sjbirder at roadrunner dot com.

No, I don't think there'd be any compensation. Maybe talk to your husband and if he thinks it would be fine, you could write her directly at the email addy in her note. LOL, I didn't read it clearly in the first place or would have just suggested people write her if they were interested in pursuing possibilities with her.

Depending on when they're filming, maybe you could be there. Would be fun to have a front seat to a day of filming!
