Home From Hospital

Hey, just want to let folks know that I'm home from having a right knee replacement last Thursday. Pain mgt is still a challenge, LOL, and walking isn't exactly fun yet, but the encouraging thing is I can walk. It's good to be home but, as the icon suggests, I'm feeling a bit faded.

I've read through my LJ but, sorry, just don't have the energy for any comments, or at least not many, today.

Want to thank Alyjude for the lemur!!!! And all the anonymous people who have left me hundreds of hugs. I'm stunned by the number on my info page!!!!

As for my Moonridge story, the special claim one Janet requested, it's up to around thirty pages and going well. I'm pretty sure it will be at least double that by the time it's finished. Post TSbyBS, slash, first times, a Blair we haven't often seen at this stage of their relationship ....

Okay, I'm officially exhausted now so am going to go lie down for a bit!

For some reason, I had it in my head that you'd be just going in for the surgery right about now -- I'm glad I was wrong and that it's already over and you're back home with that part of it behind you. So sorry the pain management isn't so great yet, but hopefully that will get much better quickly, and walking, too.

Don't worry about answering; save your energy for working towards feeling better (and writing, and I'm so glad Janet talked you into writing that story! And it's up to thirty pages already!)

So pleased your home. As others have said do what they said and get plenty of rest.
