10th ANNIVERSARY ONLINE AUCTION UPDATE
Sep. 14th, 2013 10:19 am::Please pass this post to all interested parties::
We are ONE week into the 10th Anniversary of the online Moonridge Auction and we went from 14 items just a few days before start date - to almost 100! Yes, that's about 100+ less than usual, but it's also 86 *more* than I thought we'd have this year! I expect by the time you read this, the number of items will have gone a bit higher too.
There has been a wrinkle in the auction; namely the loss of thefreeauction.com site, which has forced us to use the 'email me with your bid' mode of auctioning off the forty (40) items donated for the "Active Bidding". It's very important you read the new instructions on HOW TO BID now (link at end of message).
In addition, a few new 'perks' have been added this week and they're FANTASTIC!
1. The opportunity for fans participating in the auction to 'send' a "10th Anniversary Moonridge Auction Dedication to Garett" (your 'thank you to him, so to speak), which will be 'read/given' to him at the upcoming GMOH con in Birmingham, England. Remember, the auction ends the day GMOH begins! (more info provided in link at end of message)
In addition, the GMOH committee have donated six (6) "2013 GMOH KEEPSAKE CALENDARS" to be signed and personalized by Garett the weekend of the 21st, as well as a special, one-of-a-kind photo just for the Auction! To find out more, use link at end of message!
